Our Story
Keith and I met in September of 1985 at Albert Thomas Middle school. Keith was very determined to make me his girlfriend, but I was not at all interested in him. I only saw him as a friend, but eventually, he won over my heart after many times of carrying me to my class and leave sweet love notes on my car.
After he and I both graduated from Sterling High School, we decided to make it official to become a "Couple." We welcomed our first born daughter LaPorscha in October 1991. A year later in November of 1992, he asked me to be his wife so that we could be a family and on December 10, 1992, we became Mr & Mrs. Armstead. We welcome our second daughter Alexus in March 1995, later our son Keith in December 1998.
We have grown up together as teenagers, learned how to be parents while through it all still trying to find ourselves as individuals in our twenties. In 2014 we welcomed our most precious joy our granddaughter Aria Rae to the Armstead family.
Today we both have accomplished many of our dreams separately and together. We love to travel, gathering with family and friends and most importantly spending quality time with one another. We've learned the good and bad about each other, we've seen each other's weakness, we've held each other when one is hurt, sad, or sick. We've cried for one another, and most importantly we cried together.
We've definitely prayed as one to GOD for his strength, love, and blessings bestowed upon our family. Because of all of these things our love is Stronger 25 years later.
